A brief post and comment I saw on Gab to share this morning. No, this isn't specifically about Christians. But look at the "deconstructing" of faith going on right now among "prominent Christians." Isn't this at the heart of most of it? They want to do whatever they want without feeling guilt. They want to fit in with the culture without feeling guilt. And so they pull apart everything until there is nothing left of the "Christianity" except Biblical concepts and words they repeat to which they have given completely different meanings.
This is the part that fools or confuses so many solid Christians at first. The progressive Christians continue to use the language of Christianity. But they completely distort it until it looks nothing like the historic Christian faith.
"that was the point of deconstructing everything
so they could do whatever they wanted
without feeling any guilt"
and
"Every single sexual revolution degenerate was merely looking for ways to excuse their own depravity."

I've watched this woman slowly self-destruct in her faith over the past few years. It's been truly sad to watch.

Another Gospel by Alisa Childers
I've shared her videos before. She is tackling head-on the progressive and/or deconstruction attacks on the faith.
